The Tough Part- JEE MAIN Preparation and LINGAYA`s UNIVERSITY-My Visit

Before Starting with JEE Main, I would like to share my views about my visit to LINGAYA`S UNIVERSITY, Faridabad today.

My friend had a physical counseling date lined up for today with Lingaya`s University and so we thought of going there to attend the counseling. Actually, my friend had already visited the campus with his father a week before and he has also already filled the admission form, now they have basically called us for the documents and fees submission. We went their traveling all across the city to the outskirts, it felt that we have come to some unknown place in our own city. Every thing from roads to buildings were new for us and most of them were under-construction. After a long 1 hour journey we reached the campus which looked like an old school building. The gate was locked and the guard was slept. We banged the horn to wake him up and he finally opened the gate. I drove my bike inside the campus and reached another gate where a couple of guards were waiting for us as they were told by the guard we met earlier of our arrival. They asked about why we came there and made us write an entry information in their register. We went in and since it was a Sunday many people were not there so I parked my bike in-front of the main gate of the main building only. I noticed that a paint job was going on, which looked nice and gave a new look to the buildings. We went inside the main building and the scene changed completely. The reception looked quite modern and the central A.C`s were working good to keep the place cool even during hot summer days. As I reached the reception desk I found two guards sitting over there, who were busy watching <something> in one mobile and smiling quietly. As we reached close to them they stood up and inquired us "Hanji Boliya". My friend asked about the counseling hall and one of the guards told us to go on the first floor towards right to reach the main auditorium where the counseling was going on. We thanked them and moved towards the stairs.

As we reached the mid of the stairs, we noticed the photograph of the founder of Lingaya`s group and walked quietly to pay a tribute to him. As we reached on the first floor we followed the instruction written on the wall following Counseling board with an arrow along it. We finally reached the Main Auditorium and entered it. It looked nice, it was not as big as a movie theater hall but was well maintained. The A.C`s here worked more perfectly and we noticed many people including professors to Parents along with their children for admission. One of the guards came running to us and asked in which field are we interested in? My friend replied Computer Science and Engineering. He took us to the CSE department and gave us chairs to sit. Within seconds he brought in water to drink and after a minute he brought a tea for both of us. I really appreciated that. We waited for a couple of minutes for any official to come. No one arrived, yet we waited more. After 15 minutes, a professor came to us. He was tall in height but did not look that modern it seemed he would not even know how to speak fluent English. We stood up to greet him and he made us sit again. He introduced himself as Dr. Tapas. My friend started telling him that he had come before and met Ms Khushi of CSE department and she told him to fill the admission form then and bring the documents today. Dr. Tapas (sounded like he was some PhD. holder) asked him about fees. Unfortunately, my friend had not brought the fees as he was waiting for the Jamia Admission test result( it would likely to come out around 12 July) as he was quite sure he will make into it. He even told this to Ms. Khushi and she said my friend not to reveal it to anyone else and pay the fees later by 15 July after the result is declared(obviously which meant he can have a safe side ). But when my friend told this to Dr. Tapas that he would pay the fees later as spoken to Ms. Khushi, Dr. Tapas declined the admission without fees and said to pay the entire fees by 7th July to reserve a seat. Unfortunately, Ms. Khushi was not available in the campus today. Dr. Tapas looked annoyed as if we wasted his precious time and wanted us to leave. We got up and turned to leave. Before leaving I again went to Dr. Tapas to ask about the refund procedure of the fees. He looked more annoyed and said "Admission nahi lena hai kya?" and I said that this isn`t sir, just for knowledge if we are not able to take the admission by any means then when and how the fees would be refunded? He replied looking away from us, that fees will be refunded after deducting Rs. 2000/- but would be refunded in the month of October.

The conversation ended and we reached my bike again. My friend suggested of calling Ms. Khushi and tell her about what all had happened. I called up and told her in brief about Dr. Tapas and his sayings. She told me to go to Mr. Rahul and talk to him as he know the situation as she had shared with him. We again went their and before we could go to Mr. Rahul, Dr. Tapas again stopped us and said "You haven`t left yet", I was shocked that how can a professor say this to a student and that so at the time of admission. We told him that we wanted to meet Mr. Rahul and moved towards Mr. Rahul. As we were talking, Dr. Tapas. arrived and said "Bina fees ka no admission, fees laao admission laa looo" He even did not listen to Mr. Rahul. We told him that "humaari Ms. Khushi sa baat ho gayi ha" and he said " ki jab maina mana kar diya to koi kuch nahi kar sakta ha". At that moment he said to Mr. Kiran Ki " Bhai hum kisi parkaar ka riks ( not risk ) nahi laa sakta ha yaar, aur aisa to ma 20,000 seats fill kar lu" , listening this I thought as if they were filling seats in IIT-Delhi.

Nothing much as we were told to leave by Mr. Rahul too and talked to Ms. Khushi again on the phone and being cooperative again she promised to do as best as possible for us.

Conclusion: Lingaya`s is one of the best Private colleges in Faridabad but still there are some people in these good places who spoil the reputation and no one can say anything to these people. Such cases are even present in IIT`s, believe me as I know some true stories about there also. And one thing that I am also sure is that all CSE seats would not be filled even by 15th July........(As told by Ms. Khushi only....CSE faculty)

Sorry .......for not writing about Jee Main,,,,,promise to cover it in the next post...
BUT It was more important to tell as it had something to show to the world about our system and society......
HOPE Dr. TAPAS would read It............................ AND LEARN SOMETHING!!!!!!

Attitude: Something that really defines a person.

Many of you after reading the title would be thinking......."So Boring It Is!!" and as far as I know people around me, some of them would be so busy in preparing for IIT-JEE (Advanced/Main) and the rest would be busy in enjoying their lives to the fullest as they have recently completed their Class-12 as well as their School Life.

One Thing that I want to advise you all is to please read  this post as it may help you to crack whichever exam you want (it can only give you a psychological support, no guide and no notes but something much important than those)  and it can even help you in living your life to the fullest.

First Of all, before continuing reading the post, close your eyes and just think about what you did yesterday, today and also what you want to do tomorrow. Now, think about all your targets or things you want to do and analyze whether all things that you have done, really helped in making you reach close to your destination? If Yes, it is good but if No, it is not that bad also as you can make things better in whatever time left.

Now when you have done this open your eyes and look towards your own life as a story of some other guy, understand all his problems and try to give a solution to his problems. My own experience tells that this trick works but the only thing is believe in it and try it out with a true heart.

I again request if you have not performed this act suggested by me then please try it before you  continue to read this post. If already done, Sorry for doubting you and please ignore and continue to read this post.

The above trick helps to understand one`s problem better and also makes the person to reach the cause of the problems in his life. This trick also help many times to even get a solution to the problem by the same person who faces it which I think is the best thong in life.

A single word logic behind this trick is ATTITUDE.
The reason behind that you were able to reach the cause and find a solution to all you problems is that you now think of the situation as the third person. Now, your aim is  not to complete the daily task and work quickly in the long run but is only to give a solution to the problem. It is how our mind is programmed, if it is focused on only one thing at a time it is able to do it properly and accurately but if multitasking is done then there is a probability that you will complete all your task but would not be able to fully get the taste of everything and could also not understand what you actually did.

Many People are good at giving solution to other people but are not able to manage their own life perfectly. I was also a similar case. Then i needed to think the other way to solve my own problems understanding that my attitude help me to solve problems but only if worked without pressure. This is also the case with almost everyone the only thing that differs is the level of pressure to which one can perform well.

Attitude need not to be changed, as it is very difficult in a short period of time but if you alter you attitude then you can increase the output and hence make your decisions a way more efficient. The only thing is change your thoughts, your attitude will definitely support you as it is your own attitude off-course.

The last and the most important thing is to overcome laziness in your attitude, as it is the biggest enemy in your life. Note,,,Laziness is a behavior and your attitude is directly related to your behavior and vice-verse. How do you decide whether to to do a job or not?......I have a really better trick for this also. Firstly think whether it is good for you or whether it is a necessary one. If yes, then again think about your views about it, do you want to do it? If the thing is important or necessary and you still do not want to do it.....then friend it is very sorry to say but your attitude reflects a lazy behavior in it.
In such conditions you know what to do...........overcome your laziness for once in the beginning and believe me doing this initially would eliminate laziness from your attitude. The most easiest way to overcome laziness is just perform the task you don`t wanted to without thinking more and within seconds you make your laziness meet defeat on the ground.

I hope you liked this. Thanks for giving your worthy time reading this.......
I also request you all to please share your views in the comments dialogue box below.

My next blog would be purely for all my friends interested to know how to prepare for JEE Mains to get into a good college.

The First Post Of my Blog..........

Life???.........What is it?.......Let us PROBE!!!

Well before getting into a discussion I would like to reveal something. That thing is "THIS IS MY FIRST POST I HAVE EVER WRITTEN". Why am I telling this to you? May be because you are my first readers, YES; But may be I have a different reason also!

LIFE,,,,,? what is it?
An action of getting awake, go to work, complete daily activities and then again go back to sleep.....Is that what we call a life? Or may be the opportunity to live these moments is what we call the so-familiar term known as LIFE.
When I was in 6th standard my science teacher told me that it is very important to have a scientific temperament in life. She also told that it comes when one argues logically to get answer to WHEN?, WHY? and HOW? anything happened in life. I thought a lot towards it and focused on 4 words instead of 3 that were told by my teacher. They were WHEN?, WHY?, HOW? and LIFE.

I know that the answer that I want is a very difficult one but it is neither an impractical one nor an impossible one. Until now, Humans do not know the exact reason behind WHEN? and HOW? this world was created (Unless NASA or any other organization has something big to hide from us). Although the 2 questions are important but I think that among the three the most important one is WHY the world exists?, if you believe that it is just a coincidence then I think it is also a coincidence that you have been reading this post so long till now. There is something which either we are not able to understand or we are not meant to understand that. We all live our lives, each day with new opportunities, new tasks to complete and our busy schedule is so busy that we don`t even have time to think about the real task i.e. to think about the reason of our whole human existence in this world.

The old generation die and the new generation is born, and this cycle goes on until centuries, what do we ultimately achieve? We may become advanced in technology, the human civilization may become more experienced in living life but what do we get at a level which is not national, it is also not the global level, but at the universal level. We may conquer far places of the Mars, or even depths of our solar system but what do we achieve in doing that, do we really played a role in which the nature was benefited from us or the universe was benefited from us?

I can make this easy to understand, Plants give us oxygen for our survival, We exhale CO2 for them. Here seems a mutual benefit. The way plants play a role for our survival, We humans may also play a critical role in the universe. Our existence could also be needed for a reason and so we are here on this planet fulfilling the same.

The day we get to know the significance of Human Life that day we will also get all the answers we have ever wanted.

Coming back to life again, people live this so-called life of theirs in different ways.
  1. Some have an attitude that they already know everything
  2. Some have an attitude which get surprised by the actions of other and observe them to learn something.
  3. Some feel like particular things things to be boring.
These are the examples of 3 most widely familiar attitudes of people who would be reading this post (attitude changes with the mood and the thing that a person focuses on). For Example, when I told in the beginning that this is my post, some have thought that this guy is writing his first post let us read this and get to know about his thoughts and judge him out, this would be the attitude of 1st category I mentioned. Then, some may thought of simply reading the post assuming this that it is my first post and I am trying to give the best, these people would observe everything and would give remarks according to their thoughts, this would be the 2nd category of attitude. The 3rd one would be the attitude of ignoring this post (which I think would be the maximum cases) because the topic is not likely to be liked by many but after reading that this is my first post, those who have decided to ignore would now read this(an auto-interest developing of human nature towards things which occur the first time with them). So that was actually how I played with the attitude of the 3rd category of people making them read my post. Also by writing the previous line and revealing that I played with attitude I may also have booked some good points of the 1st and 2nd category attitude people also to enjoy the post.

I hope you liked this post and I would talk about Attitude in daily life and how to choose a great attitude to impress anyone according to the situation, in my next post. So keep reading........
